Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct internal Pre-Production (PP) meetings with all relevant stakeholders
Participate in Quality Control (QCO) meetings and provide inputs on quality standards and improvements.
Follow up on all pre-production activities starting from size set stage to ensure readiness for bulk production.
Monitor line layout and ensure quality standards are maintained as per approved samples.
Perform first output review against approved samples and ensure proper measurement reports are prepared and validated.
Identify any discrepancies and escalate to QA leadership (Assistant Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager) for corrective action.
Finalize critical operations and quality checkpoints, and clearly communicate them to Team Leaders and operators.
Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
Monitor DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) reports to identify recurring issues and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
Conduct and follow up on lot audits as per 0.65 AQL standards.
Supervise daily activities,Lead, motivate, train, and evaluate subordinates to achieve quality and production targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and applicable laws.
Perform regular GEMBA walks and process audits to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
Prepare and maintain necessary MIS (Management Information System) reports for tracking and decision-making.
