  • HR Admin Experience Requirements:
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintaining employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
  • Supporting recruitment activities (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policy documents
  • Managing attendance, leave records, and basic payroll support
  • Handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records
  • Assisting with performance appraisal documentation
  • Maintaining confidentiality of employee information


Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
  • Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, reports)
  • Support payroll and attendance tracking
  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
