Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Educational qualification may consider for experienced and skilled personnel.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for periodic and scheduled maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, power equipment of the factory.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting maintenance etc.
∎ Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy and measure units of utilities outsourced, produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting.
∎ Able to install, Commissioning & Maintenance of Sub-Station.
∎ Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utility installation of the factory.
∎ Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, its commissioning and installation properly
∎ To minimize NPT (Non-Productive Time) at a minimum level.
∎ Perform on Fire Safety, Electric Safety, Mechanical Safety, Structural Safety & Environmental Safety related issues.
∎ Manage the team to ensure machine availability, re-actively managing dysfunctional machinery with shift management.
∎ Lead the maintenance team of different wings, i.e. Electrical, Mechanical & Civil
∎ Any other works assigned by higher management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Experience in injection Molding machine process or Garments factory related will get preference.
