Responsibilities & Context: Multifabs Limited (100% export oriented Knit composite Factory). One of the leading Company of Bangladesh, which is reached by Amfori BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO-9001, ISO-1401, ISO-45001, GOTS, OCS etc. Certificates & many others CoC of Buyers. We are running 75 Sewing lines with 33 tons Knitting & 35 tons Dyeing capacity under the Green Environment by continuing the sustainability.
Job Responsibilities:
- The candidate should have sound knowledge of Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Leave Management, Labor Laws, Management of Payroll /benefits/ facilities as supported by the prevailing Law of the country, Analysis of Man Machine Ratio, Analysis of Employee Efficiency related to Productivity, Analysis of Man Power Turnover with remedy, Preparation of Employee Job Description & KPI, Analysis of various Motivational & Entire Floor Management etc.
- Face all kinds of audits as per COC and prepare/make ready documents regularly.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Address employee-related issues, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures as per law.
- Formulate and review different policies depending on the organization's requirements. Implement policies & regulations.
- Establish a methodology and carry out a high standard of Assessment of the needs, Skill Development & Knowledge Enhancement program to develop the capacity and professional strength of all employees. To develop overall Training & Development strategy.
- Maintain Employee turnover and Absenteeism to the acceptable and best level as per the Industry Benchmarks.
- Ensure the organization, Safety, Cleanliness, Security System and Housekeeping in every workplace.
- Assist for Work activities of BSCI, ACCORD, ISO, WRAP and other certification programs.
- Experienced required in Knit Composite factory.
- As per management requirements, a further job will be added.
