• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Textiles,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference

Job Responsibilities:

For Cutting/Sewing

Costing SMV from image/sketch/sample & ERP maintain.

To develop smooth productivity, utilize manpower effectively.

SMV breakdown analysis.      

Preparing skill matrix for staff.

Ensure the right man in the right process for smooth productivity.

Yearly assessments for operator & staff’s increment.

Have to develop process by innovation.

Conduct time, motion and method analysis to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across the operations.

Root cause analysis to solve problems for smooth productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and innovative solutions.

Develop and maintain SOP to ensure consistency and quality within the department.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Stay updated on industrial engineering trends for continuous improvement.

Any other task assigned by management time to time.

For Printing:

To develop smooth productivity, utilize printing manpower effectively.

SMV breakdown analysis at printing section.      

Preparing skill matrix for printing staff.

Review the pre-production file from the merchandiser and hand it over for size set preparation

Transfer the file to the production team after the size set is approved for bulk production

Coordinate with the planning and floor teams to schedule the program

Monitor daily production

Enforce and maintain Print Unit SOPs and policies

Collect work orders before bulk production

Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
