Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or MBA in HRM from Reputed University preferred or Honours or master’s from any Discipline from any Reputed Institutions.
∎ PGDHRM will get Preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration in Garments Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after overall HR operational activities like, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Payroll Management, Industrial relations, Training & Learning, Organizational Excellence etc.
∎ Make a strategic plan to develop the talent pool.
∎ Assist in Talent Acquisition is to search, Source, Recruit and Hire Candidates for ensure timely placement of right professionals.
∎ Implement Performance Management System as per policy.
∎ Ensure achieving of HR KPI.
∎ Monitor KPI, analyse individual performance, take the necessary steps to rectify shortfall and improve efficiency.
∎ Liaison with competent Authorities for documentations, licenses, and other legal issues.
∎ Co- ordination with all departments of the Company regarding legal issues as and when required.
∎ Prepare Various reports and present them to top management.
∎ Assist to develop policy, procedure, and implementation.
∎ Maintain factory Discipline as per labour law.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills, good typing speed in Bangla and English
∎ Computer Skill: Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Labour Law & Rules.
