Experience:
* Must have fluency in English
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Labor Law 2006.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Floor handling capability
* Ensure proper documentation and filing of factory HR and administrative records.
* Must have proficiency in HR & Payroll ERP(Logic)
*Maintain all HR, Administrative & Compliance issues of the factory as per labor law benchmarks and preset standards.
*Ensure recruitment’s are made as per the recruitment matrix and in compliance with labor law.
*Capable of finding out and controlling manpower turnover & maintaining personal files.
*Follow up on attendance, authorization, and management of overtime, leave, grievance handling, general administration, etc.
*Identify & ensure organized awareness, regular counseling or development training as per requirement.
*Hands-on experience and responsible for facing regarding ISO 9001:2015, CT-PAT, COC, HIGG FEM BSCI, SEDEX, Environment, Technical, and social compliance audit, and Fire, Electric, Boiler & Building Safety requirements and periodic follow-up.
*Maintain employee records and HR database
*Assist in performance management and appraisal process
*Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
*Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
*Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
*Maintain disciplinary procedures and ensure proper documentation.
*Coordinate employee exit processes (resignation, clearance, final settlement).
*To Ensure and monitor regular health & safety issues of the factory through team.
*Support management with any administrative tasks as required.
*To ensure whether workers are getting ID cards, appointment letters & age verification certificates are given to the workers.
*To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
