* Must have proficiency in ERP systems.(Logic ERP Platform)

A Reputed Garments factory (Knit) is looking for dynamic and experienced Merchandiser / Sr. Merchandiser to handle Next Buyer. Accounts independently for all types of development. The candidate must have strong communication, costing, and production follow-up skills.

• Must be capable of handling foreign buyers independently (Specialized in handling Next Buyer). Otherwise, no need to apply

• Must be 100% Accurate in costing/consumption.

• Manage order execution from development stage to final shipment.

• Analyze buyer tech packs, specifications, and product requirements.

• Develop cost sheets, price negotiations, and ensure profitability of orders.

• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories according to buyer requirements.

• Follow up sample development (Fit sample, PP sample, Size set, Shipment sample, etc.).

• Coordinate with design, sample, production, washing, and quality teams to ensure product compliance.

• Ensure on-time submission of samples and approvals from buyers

• Follow up lab tests, fabric approvals, and bulk production approvals.

• Maintain T&A (Time and Action) calendar and monitor all critical paths.

• Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and company policies.

• Work closely with the commercial team regarding LC, PI, shipping documents, and export procedures.

• Ensure smooth coordination among merchandising, production, and quality teams.

• Track raw materials and accessories to avoid delays

• Following up quotations and sampling new buyers.

• Act as main liaison between buyer and factory

• Maintain order tracking, reporting, and timely buyer updates

• Maintain proper documentation in ERP / Buyer portal.
