• Masters or MBA in Supply Chain will get preference.

• Only Male

• Computer skill.
• At least 10 years (MCD/ Warehouse in 100% export-oriented Footwear, Garments industry. 

Job Context: 

Arrow Footwear Ltd. is 100% export oriented fully complied factory. We are looking for well experienced, energetic, positive attitude and skilled person for our Central Material Control Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow and implementation of the warehouse operational strategies and procedures according to the company and buyer’s policy.

• Supervise the daily receiving, issuing documents of order booking and requirements, including day-to-day store functions according to the SOP.

• Ensuring in bound & out bound Goods, warehouse management, safety and security within the warehouse and ensuring proper shipment delivery system.

• Monitor and maintain all required records, registers, ledgers, & MIS reports of the store as well as inventory bin cards etc.

• Develop and maintain software-based system (ERP/Tally) for materials delivery to the production floor according to the production and shipment plan.

• Monitor the GRN, MRR, GRR, Delivery & Mushak Challan etc.

• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.

• Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.

• Maintain close liaison with Merchandising Department and cater their requirement successfully.

• Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.

• Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way.

• Ensuring proper system for Chemical purchasing, storing, handling & inventory.

• finished goods according to delivery schedule; Resolve problems concerning transportation vehicle, loading, unloading labour, logistics systems, imports or exports and customer issues.

• Ensure daily/weekly stock report.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
