Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, transfer, and separation.
Manage probation to confirmation process in coordination with line managers.
Maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and HRIS with accuracy.
Prepare and issue different HR-related letters, circulars, and notices.
Support payroll processing and leave management by providing accurate data.
Conduct manpower reconciliation and prepare related reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Provide HR operational support to different units as required.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve HR-related queries in a timely manner.
