- Good command in both written and spoken English.
- Good inter-personal & communication skills.
- Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
- Computer literate (MS office, Excel, Power Point)
Responsibilities & Context: Strategic HR Planning:•
- Implement HR strategies aligned with the organization`s overall objectives.
- Forecast workforce needs and plan recruitment, retention, and succession strategies.
Talent Acquisition and Management:•
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring it attracts top talent.
- Develop and implement on-boarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization effectively.
- Implement performance management systems to evaluate and develop employee performance.
Employee Relations:•
- Enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
HR Administration:•
- Oversee HR administration tasks such as employee records management, HRIS maintenance, and compliance reporting.
- Ensure HR processes are efficient and effective, implementing automation and process improvements where possible.
- Manage employee relations documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
Administrative Functions:•
- Supervise administrative staff and functions such as facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
