Masters preferably in Human Resource Management·        
PGDHRM will get preference.

  1. Adaptable, Pro-active, Innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently.
  2. Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Should have excellent people management skills.
  5. Should have sound knowledge on different certification.
  6. Good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
  7. Good command in both written and spoken English.
  8. Good inter-personal & communication skills.
  9. Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
  10. Computer literate (MS office, Excel, Power Point)


Responsibilities & Context:

Strategic HR Planning:•

  1. Implement HR strategies aligned with the organization`s overall objectives.
  2. Forecast workforce needs and plan recruitment, retention, and succession strategies.

Talent Acquisition and Management:•

  1. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring it attracts top talent.
  2. Develop and implement on-boarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization effectively.
  3. Implement performance management systems to evaluate and develop employee performance.

Employee Relations:•

  1. Enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
  3. Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and well-being initiatives.

HR Administration:•

  1. Oversee HR administration tasks such as employee records management, HRIS maintenance, and compliance reporting.
  2. Ensure HR processes are efficient and effective, implementing automation and process improvements where possible.
  3. Manage employee relations documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.

Administrative Functions:•

  1. Supervise administrative staff and functions such as facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor relationships.
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
