Education:

  • Bachelor’s or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate sales, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or head-of-sales role.

  • Preferably in the IT services or after-sales service industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute the overall corporate sales strategy aligned with company goals and revenue targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the corporate sales team to achieve individual departmental KPIs and organizational sales goals.

  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value corporate and enterprise clients.

  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with key corporate accounts.

  • Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities.

  • Own corporate sales revenue targets and ensure consistent growth.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Negotiate business deals, pricing agreements, corporate contracts and strategic partnerships.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions to corporate clients.

  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to improve service offerings.

  • Establish and optimize corporate sales processes, pricing strategies, and approval workflows.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards.

  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

  • Recommend strategic adjustments based on market intelligence.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports for management

  • Represent the company in corporate meetings, business trade shows, and promotional events.
