∎ Strong experience in recruitment, payroll, and final settlement processes is mandatory.
∎ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR compliance.
∎ Skilled in MS Excel, HRIS/payroll software, and ERP systems.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
∎ High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential matters.
∎ Capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure end-to-end recruitment process including manpower requisition, job posting, CV screening, interviews, and final selection.
∎ Maintain a candidate database and talent pipeline for future requirements.
∎ Liaise with department heads for manpower planning and timely hiring.
∎ Collect, verify, and compile monthly attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll processing.
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheets, bonuses, increments, and other adjustments in coordination with Accounts/Finance.
∎ Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and full compliance with statutory deductions (Tax, PF, etc.).
∎ Manage the timely and accurate final settlement process for resigned/terminated employees.
∎ Issue experience letters, release letters, and maintain proper exit documentation.
∎ Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database (HRIS) with utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
∎ Maintain records of various types of Leaves and ensure proper leave balance reporting.
∎ Coordinate performance review timelines and documentation.
∎ Oversee office maintenance, security, vehicle usage, and general administrative support functions.
∎ Manage and supervise support staff (drivers, cleaners, security guards).
∎ Ensure procurement and proper distribution of office supplies and assets.
∎ Support in handling employee grievances and conflict resolution.
