The candidates must have experience in animal feed sales.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieving sales target as per sales plan.
Root-level work (regular farm visit) with the farmers to make them convert to the company consumer.
Collect information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
To develop retailers/agents in the gap markets for exploring business opportunities.
To ensure maximizing potential retailers & dealers.
Regular follow-up of sales orders with the payments.
To run business within company-approved policy.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales & delivery reports.
Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports.
To establish, develop & maintain positive business with customers to create loyalty toward the company.
