- Must have the ability of extensive field visit.
- Must be willing to drive motorcycle.
Responsibilities & Context:
Farm monitoring and provide technical support as required by the farmers.
Provide feed performance report on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
Monitor the performance results of own & competitor`s product.
Solve emergency technical problems at field level.
Arrange technical seminar with farmers at field level to exchange technical knowledge.
Motivate the farmers for developing new farms.
