Experience:

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House, Garments Accessories

• Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related discipline from a reputed university.

• Professional certifications related to sourcing or supply chain management will be an added advantage.

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House, Garments Accessories

• Age 30 to 35 years

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Sound knowledge of garments manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.

• Excellent understanding of fabrics, trims, accessories, and costing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories from local and international suppliers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, factories, and business partners.

• Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times, and delivery schedules.

• Ensure cost-effective sourcing while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

• Collaborate closely with merchandising, product development, quality, and production teams.

• Monitor market trends, raw material availability, and price fluctuations.

• Manage sample development and supplier performance to meet buyer requirements.

• Ensure on-time sourcing and delivery of materials to support production schedules.

• Prepare sourcing reports, cost analyses, and supplier performance evaluations.

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
