Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD in Human Resources will add value.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ >> Training & Development (T&D):
∎ Ensure effective management of employee career development program;
∎ Responsible for carrying out Training & Development functions as per Training Needs Assessment and Employee Development Program;
∎ Responsible for aligning Training & Development function with corporate strategy;
∎ Ensure cost-effective execution of Training & Development activities;
∎ Maintaining back and forth communication with the management and employees;
∎ Preparation of annual training calendar, report on initiatives and development of training content;
∎ Coordinates and facilitates different training sessions, staff induction and refresher training;
∎ Ensure that the Training & Development initiatives are perceived by the employees as one of the major sources of job satisfaction, motivation, and career developme
∎ >> Human Resource Information System (HRIS):
∎ Generation of different HR reports timely and accurately through ERP software;
∎ Ensure that the personal data of employees as well as their information regarding compensation and benefits are up to date in HRIS;
∎ Managing employee attendance and leave information in ERP software;
∎ >> HR Policies & Procedures:
∎ Ensure monitoring and implementation of HR policy and procedures;
∎ Be responsible for review and updating of the strategy and policies;
∎ Ensure all organizational activities are regulated through policies and standard operating procedur
∎ >> HR Generalist:
∎ Manage and administer a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise;
∎ Develop good practice, innovative Human Resource initiatives;
∎ Maintain and compile statistical reports and records of the employees;
∎ Ensure proper administration of disciplinary procedures in line with employee discipline policy;
∎ Plan, coordinate, and implement employer-branding initiatives;
∎ Develop and implement reward and recognition program;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience in HR field;
∎ People oriented and results driven;
∎ Previous experience of working with ERP;
∎ High degree of professionalism and discretion is needed due to exposure of confidential information;
∎ Experience in implementation or working in ISO certified environment;
∎ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships;
∎ In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices;
