Additional Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (if any).Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S will be an advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Analyze production processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
Implement lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste and enhance productivity.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Work closely with production, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor manpower utilization and line balancing.
Support management in achieving production targets with optimal resource use.
