Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll & Compensation Management
Prepare and process monthly salary, overtime, allowances, and all compensation-related Bills for Head Office and has to audit and look after factory Payroll.
Thoroughly check and verify all factory HR payments before execution.
Verify attendance, leaves, production data, and other inputs required for accurate payroll processing.
Prepare and execute Final Settlement (FNF) for resigned/terminated employees, ensuring accurate calculation of notice pay, EL encashment, outstanding dues, and statutory benefits.
Ensure timely disbursement of salary and compliance with legal requirements.
Review and validate all HR-related monthly payments, including benefits, festival bonuses, incentives, and final settlements.
Coordinate with Finance to reconcile salary sheets, overtime reports, and other payroll documents.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
Prepare and issue all HR letters including Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Promotion Letters, Increment Letters, Warning/Show Cause, and Separation Letters.
Need to visit Factory at least twice in every week and report to Head of HR.
Must be comfortable working across both Factory and Head Office.
Oversee daily HR operations at factory level and ensure smooth service delivery.
Ensure HR practices are aligned with Bangladesh Labour Act 2006, Amendments, and Labour Rules 2015.
Maintain employee personal files, contracts, ID cards, and related documentation.
Execute disciplinary procedures, warning letters, and grievance handling in line with company policy for Liaison office.
Support disciplinary procedures and grievance management as per company policy
Support compliance audits, especially HR-related sections of BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ICS, ACCORD/RSC, Better Work, etc.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in manpower planning and recruitment for factory and liaison office.
Conduct screening, interviews, and selection in coordination with hiring managers.
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and new employee induction.
4. Employee Relations
Maintain a positive working environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee queries, conflicts, and grievances professionally.
Build strong communication between management and factory workforce.
5. Performance Management
Support the implementation of KPIs, performance appraisal systems, and evaluations.
Track probation evaluations and ensure timely confirmation or extension processes.
6. Reporting & HR Analytics
Prepare Daily and monthly HR reports, absenteeism reports, HR cost summaries, and manpower status.
Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.
Provide superior and management with timely and accurate data for decision-making.
Any other task assigned by Head of HR and Management.
