Additional Requirements:
trong creativity and sense of fashion trends.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
Ability to develop original design concepts, sketches, and mood boards.
Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, color combinations, and garment construction.
Understanding of current fashion trends and market demands.
Experience in sample development and fitting processes.
Responsibilities & Context:
Researching current and future fashion trends and determining what consumers will like and design brand right products.
Collaborating with the customer design team to develop ideas for new products based on research data and get the designs converted to bulk orders.
Research and select fab and trims which will be suitable for the brands and offer them according to the customer development calendar.
Develop a good relationship with customer designs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to excel the design function.
Creating tech packs with detailed specifications Have 3D design knowledge will be an added advantage.
Overseeing the prototype sample process and make sure samples are sent on time as per commitments
