Job Responsibilities:
∎ Helping with recruiting and selecting employees as per requirements.
∎ Assist in preparing job description and performance standard.
∎ Maintaining records of performance.
∎ Assist in evaluating employees' performance.
∎ Assist in organising Training programs.
∎ Coaching and counselings employees to achieve higher performance standard.
∎ Ensuring effective communication between employees.
∎ To maintain factory filing system. It includes maintenance of employees' personal file, departmental file etc.
∎ To maintain employees Leave record.
∎ Drafting documents, letter, advertisement, dispatch, etc.
∎ Keeping harmonious relationship between management & employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 37 years
∎ Must have PGD in HRM in the case of Masters in other discipline.
∎ Must be well acquainted in Computer, MS Office (Word, Excel, PPS etc)
∎ Must be good in written communication both in Bangla & English.
∎ Self-Motivated, energetic.
