Job Context:
∎ Akij Venture, one of the most trusted and accepted conglomerates of Bangladesh having their diversified business wings in the Food & Beverage, Health & Hygiene, Life insurance, Dairy, Electronics and Bicycle sector is looking for Assistant Manager, Disciplinary Actions under Human Resource Department of Akij Venture Group.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading and executing the disciplinary action process to ensure company discipline is established with the aim of aligning company culture required for smooth and sustainable company operations.
∎ Outlining disciplinary action policy and formalizing the procedures with the view to implementing the mechanism of taking disciplinary action against those who are going against company's rules.
∎ Conducting enquiry/ investigation for implementing proper investigative rules and regulation as per the land of law, labour law and company policy ensuring rights for employer and employee.
∎ Prescribing corrective actions and outlining disciplinary measures to be taken when organization’s SOP/ policy/ procedure/ system is violated.
∎ Working with the objective of creating a sustainable culture which contributes to upholding company’s mission, vision and values and ensuring cessation of any such deviation.
∎ Developing, reviewing, updating and maintaining all Standard Operating Procedures and policies of all departments and taking necessary actions to implement within the organization.
∎ Preserving all kind of documents related to disciplinary actions procedure properly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resource Management is preferrable
