• Experience in handling government and large corporate tenders

• Familiarity with e-GP / online tendering systems is an advantage

Akij Venture Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage tender-related activities for both Government and Private sector projects.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities (Govt. & Private sector)

• Prepare and review tender documents proposals and bid submissions

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Technical) for accurate inputs)

• Ensure compliance with tender requirements legal and regulatory standards

• Manage pricing strategy and cost estimation for bids

• Submit tenders within deadlines (manual / e-tender portals)

• Maintain tender documentation records and database

• Track tender status results, and competitor analysis

• Liaise with clients consultants and stakeholders for clarification

• Handle post-tender negotiations and contract finalization

• Monitor performance of awarded contracts
