Responsibilities & Context:

1. KPI-Based Performance Management:

Support the implementation and maintenance of the KPI-based Performance Management System.

Coordinate with department heads to align KPIs with organizational goals.

Assist in mid-year and annual appraisal processes.

Prepare performance reports and analytics for management review.

2. File & Document Management:

Maintain up-to-date and organized employee records both physically and digitally.

Ensure secure handling and confidentiality of HR documents.

Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, and other official correspondence.


3. Compensation & Benefits:

Administer and review employee benefits programs (leave, insurance, bonuses, etc.).

Benchmark compensation structures and support in C&B planning.

Maintain employee compensation data and support annual CTC revision exercises.

4. Payroll Processing:

Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for all employees.

Coordinate with Finance, HR Operations, and Attendance Management teams to validate data.

Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain compliance with tax regulations, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.), and other legal requirements.

5. Documentation and Communication:

Draft HR policies, memos, and official communication with clarity and professionalism.

Prepare periodic reports for management, including headcount, payroll summaries, and performance status.

Communicate HR policies and updates effectively to employees.
