Experience:
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area
Develop and implement territory-wise sales plans and strategies
Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and key customers
Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market
Channel & Distributor Management
Appoint, develop, and manage distributors as per company policy
Monitor distributor stock, credit, and collection status
Strengthen relationships with dealers, retailers, and key accounts
Field Force Management
Lead, coach, and supervise Territory Sales Officers (TSO) / Sales Officers
Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and performance reviews
Provide on-the-job training and motivation to the sales team
Market Development & Promotion
Execute promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches
Organize farmer meetings, vet meetings, and product demonstrations
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs
Reporting & Compliance
Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, ethical standards, and policies
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
