Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth in the assigned area.
Identify and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Promote and sell agrovet products to dealers, retailers, and farmers.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor market demand, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and maintain accounts receivable.
Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the Head of Sales.
Educate and train customers on product usage, benefits, and best practices.
Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure smooth product distribution and availability.
Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
