The Assistant Manager, Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR functions, including but not limited to Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, HRIS and HR Budgeting. This role demands an analytical and self-driven HR professional, who can work with the team to align strategic insight with operational excellence and uphold progressive HR practices, aligned with AUW’s values.

· Rewards Management
- Work with the CHRO to review the Compensation and Benefits Structures that reinforce pay equity, market competitiveness and link pay with performance
- Act as a team member on salary bench marking, annual pay review cycles and benefits administration with accuracy and compliance.
- Support expatriate and local Employment Contracts, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory frameworks.
· Performance Management and Organizational Development
- Work with the CHRO to design the Performance Management Framework, ensuring effective goal-setting, mid-year reviews and annual performance appraisal cycles.
- Facilitate learning and development programs for employees’ capability-building on the basis of managers’ feedback and performance calibration.
- Work on the Succession Planning of all the departments of AUW.
· Employee Relations
- Design and implement innovative engagement programs to foster a positive, inclusive, and highly motivated culture.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and implement improvement plans.
- Contribute to internal communications to disseminate information that strengthen organizational cohesion and transparency.
· HRIS and Data Analytics
- Maintain and enhance the HRIS, map online HR Processes/Workflows, ensure data integrity and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Generate periodic HR dashboards on headcount, turnover, compensation, and performance, absenteeism trends.
- Leverage HR data analytics for continuous improvement of HR policies and decision-making.
· HR Budgeting
- Prepare and manage the annual HR budget covering HC, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development and Employer Branding Plans.
- Conduct in depth variance analysis and support leadership with data-driven reports.
· Master’s degree in Business Administration with major in Human Resources Management or Finance.
· 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably in multinationals/local conglomerates/higher-education institutes.
· Proven track record in Rewards Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, HRIS, and HR Budgeting.
· Demonstrated ability to work with multi-national demography.
· Strong analytical, data interpretation and reporting skills with high proficiency in MS Office, specially MS Excel and MS Power Point.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a self-driven and multi-tasking persona, capable to thrive in a fast paced environment.
