Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master's / MBA in HRM / Law will be Preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing human resources operational, functions such as recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, counseling, & disciplining staff planning, monitoring and performance appraisals
∎ Creating and implementing HR strategies and plans to enable the company to attract, motivate and retain talents.
∎ Payroll Management and compensation management.
∎ Running the functional HR activities by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, & variances aligning monetary resources developing action plans.
∎ Provide and guide management & employee actions by researching, developing, writing, & updating policies, procedures, methods, & guidelines communicating & enforcing organization values.
∎ Handling all types of administrative work, cleaning, food, security management for office & factory.
∎ Accomplishing special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities communicating and coordinating requirements.
∎ Compiling with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation anticipating legislation enforcing adherence to requirements advising management on needed actions.
∎ Planning and implementation of various relevant CSR programs related to the business.
∎ Ensuring policies are kept current, are approved, and that company members are aware of their implications, collating information & providing legal/financial input during and outside of meetings.
∎ Lead and support on all Ethical, Health & Safety, customer audits and make sure to achieve expected customer standards.
∎ To communicate with BEPZA, BGMEA, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labour Office, Labour Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labour Federation etc.
∎ To handle Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues as per law with companies' norms & regulation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Conversant with local laws & regulations.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset timeframe.
∎ Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
