Responsibilities & Context:
Once inquires received forward it to relevant department same day or next day for SMV, Pattern, & wash cost.
If any clarifications needed raise to customer same day or next day.
Downloading Design file and patterns from sharepoint.
Collecting fabric & trim price from relevant suppliers.
Preparing accurate cost sheet & submit price to UK sales team/ respective customer.
Checking the fabric POs to make sure price & rating are in line with costing.
Revise costing based on fit notes, customer changes and update bulk merchandiser & customer.
Re-checking actual purchased price (PI), and update costing.
Check SAP cost sheet whether it`s updated correctly & active.
Creat BOM & carryout cost run as per provided time line.
Monitor STD prices against actual & update bulk team to correct them.
Taking care of all correspondence related to costing with factory & customer.
Whenever required support junior staff.
Full fill other task given by HOD time to time.
