Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Business Development or Operation Management, production forecasting, Production/ Operation Management, Retail Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting area sales especially financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual business plant; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎
∎ Achieving area sales particularly operational objectives by contributing area sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining area sales system improvements; implementing change.
∎
∎ Accomplishing human resource objectives by recruiting, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned areas; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
∎
∎ Identifying local merchandise assortment opportunities to rectify and solve.
∎
∎ Analyzing margin and profit levers and develop action plans to address opportunities.
∎
∎ Visiting there outlets regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ Manage and monitor the effective implementation and adherence of QMS processes and procedures of our Outlets.

∎ Leadership

∎ Ensure productivity of associates in meeting expectations in an efficient manner, with high integrity.
∎ Effectively coach associates for success within the organization through effective communication, associate observation, timely feedback, recognition and performance management/performance reviews.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Dormitory facility will be provided by the company.
