Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the assigned tasks relating to day-to-day procurement that will ensure compliance and accountabilities to DFL procurement policies, procedures, and requirements.
∎ Prospect pool of partners who will support business/product requirements in a sustainable manner.
∎ Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, prepare of a requisition whenever available materials are below the threshold level, process Purchase Order, and monitor delivery cycle of designated supplier.
∎ Collection of quotations from enlisted vendors, CS making, including bill summaries, and preparation of other supporting documents with bills and vouchers.
∎ Ensure purchase of right product at right margin.
∎ Record purchases, maintain database, perform physical count of inventory and reconcile managing of all incoming and outgoing materials of store.
∎ Assist to ensure the quality for all procurement of goods and services including on-time purchasing and dispatching any material required by the outlet.
∎ Check and maintain daily stock position and stock level.
∎ Prepare a monthly procurement plan and regular reporting on a weekly, biweekly and monthly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years

∎ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both internal and external stakeholders.
