∎ To Head the CXB/WFP Retail Operations Efficiently Fulfilling Products & Services at Retail Outlets through Supply Chain Dept. fulfilling WFP/Clients RPME Top Ranking, Inventory Accuracy, Efficient Operating Cost and Maintain High Standards of Quality Assurance Compliances Required by Regularity Authorities and Customers/Clients.Planning & Forecasting Outlet/Stores and Category wise Daily, Monthly & Quarterly Trading & Consumable Products. Processing All Outlet/Store Demands to Warehouse at Pre-defined Schedules for On-Time Supplies. Maintaining 100% Pre-Defined Assortments with Right Quantity at all Outlets/Stores. "**" Training & Maintaining All Outlet Staffs on SOPs & Customer Service." **" Maintaining 100% Food Safety Quality Compliances at Outlets/stores.
