Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and prospect potential customers in the commodity industry and other relevant businesses.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
∎ Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
∎ Operating as a lead point of contact to all designated and potential customers, and actively seeking out new sales opportunities through regular market visits.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their continuous needs.
∎ Follow up and monitor distribution, resolve complaints, and build customer loyalty by providing prompt and efficient support.
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and advance business goals.
