Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing sourcing activities and visit in the market frequently in order to develop new vendors for raw materials or services that have to be purchased.
∎ Collecting, analyzing, comparing, reviewing, and then finalizing the order within a competitive price
∎ Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
∎ Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
∎ Continuously hunting reliable vendors or suppliers in order to maximize the company's profitability.
∎ Timely follow-up with the vendor for delivery of material & service in post-purchase order
∎ Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
∎ Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having prior experience with Chaldal, Shwapno, Agora, Meenabazar, and Amana Big Bazar will be an added advantage.
∎ Solid understanding of supply chain concepts, processes, and key performance indicators.
∎ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting.
∎ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
∎ Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary: Negotiable
