Distribution, Good leadership, Interpersonal Skills, logistic management, People Management, Problem Solving Skills, SOP Development, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Inventory/Warehouse
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising day-to-day warehouse operations coordinate the complete warehouse procedures, including timely order dispatch, stock handling, storage, and inbound management.
∎ To be 100% complied with the set standard of our customers.
∎ Accountable for directing warehouse operations to adhere to established SLAs and KPIs
∎ Actively suggest and carry out operational targets, goals, and process enhancements
∎ By undertaking recurring safety & health risk assessments, manage workplace safety & health (WSH) procedures to ensure that the department complies with regulations.
∎ Make that periodic stock takes are performed and appropriately recorded. Effectively ensure that rules, procedures, and work standards are being followed
∎ Organize routine facility maintenance, and report any issues to the Realty Facility Manager.
∎ Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse and workplace safety.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
