Responsibilities & Context:
উৎপাদন পরিকল্পনা (Production Planning) তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়নের মাধ্যমে সময়মতো ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা।
প্রোডাকশন লাইনের কর্মীদের কাজে তদারকি করা এবং কাজের গতিশীলতা বজায় রাখা।
পণ্যের গুণগত মান (Quality Control) বজায় রাখা এবং ত্রুটিমুক্ত উৎপাদন নিশ্চিত করা।
কাঁচামালের ব্যবহার ও ইনভেন্টরি ম্যানেজমেন্ট পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
উৎপাদন সংক্রান্ত দৈনিক, সাপ্তাহিক ও মাসিক রিপোর্ট ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে পেশ করা।
কর্মক্ষেত্রে শৃঙ্খল পরিবেশ বজায় রাখা এবং টিমের কার্যক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি করা।
