Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Factory Manager”. The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the overall factory operations, production processes, and day-to-day routines.
Develop production plans based on targets and ensure 100% achievement of production goals.
Ensure the regular maintenance, optimal performance, and efficiency of all machinery and equipment.
Monitor production costs and implement strategies to minimize waste and improve cost-efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the factory premises.
Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to factory staff to enhance workforce productivity and efficiency.
