Responsibilities & Context:
∎ কোম্পানির বিপণনকৃত পণ্যের স্টক গ্রহণ, সংরক্ষণ, প্রেরণ ও দৈনন্দিন ব্যবস্থাপনা নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ প্রাপ্ত ও সরবরাহকৃত পণ্যের গুণমান নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ ইনভেন্টরি ব্যবস্থাপনা করা – পণ্যের ঘূর্ণন, প্রাপ্যতা যাচাই, সরবরাহ নিশ্চিতকরণ, গুদাম পরিষ্কার ও গোছানো রাখা, হিসাব রাখা।
∎ বিক্রির রেকর্ড রাখা এবং পুনরায় মজুত করা।
∎ স্বয়ংক্রিয় ইনভেন্টরি ডেটাবেস রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা।
∎ প্রতিষ্ঠিত নির্দেশিকা অনুযায়ী মজুত পণ্য পুনঃসংস্থান করা।
∎ দায়িত্বসমূহ:
∎ কোম্পানির বিপণনকৃত পণ্যের স্টক গ্রহণ, সংরক্ষণ, প্রেরণ ও দৈনন্দিন ব্যবস্থাপনা নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ প্রাপ্ত ও সরবরাহকৃত পণ্যের গুণমান নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ ইনভেন্টরি ব্যবস্থাপনা করা – পণ্যের ঘূর্ণন, প্রাপ্যতা যাচাই, সরবরাহ নিশ্চিতকরণ, গুদাম পরিষ্কার ও গোছানো রাখা, হিসাব রাখা।
∎ বিক্রির রেকর্ড রাখা এবং পুনরায় মজুত করা।
∎ স্বয়ংক্রিয় ইনভেন্টরি ডেটাবেস রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা।
∎ প্রতিষ্ঠিত নির্দেশিকা অনুযায়ী মজুত পণ্য পুনঃসংস্থান করা।
