Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Conduct Training Need Assessment Periodically.
∎ 2. Design Training Content as per TNA Outcome.
∎ 3. Develop Training Module to Deliver Interactive Training Programs.
∎ 4. Ensure Training Return of Investment (ROI) with proper Monitoring & Evaluation.
∎ 5. Develop Tailored Training Programs to Meet the Organization's Needs and Goals.
∎ 6. Conduct Engaging and Effective Training Sessions for Employees to Enhance their Skills and Knowledge.
∎ 7. Evaluate the Progress of Trainees through Assessments, Tests, and Feedback to Ensure Learning Objectives are met.
∎ 8. Offer Constructive Feedback to Participants to help them improve their Performance and Knowledge.
∎ 9. Modify Training Approaches to Accommodate Different Learning Styles and Improve Employee Engagement.
∎ 10. Monitor and Report on Employee Progress, Identifying Areas for Improvement or Further/Future Training.
∎ 11. Ensure that all Training Materials are up-to-date, relevant, and effective.
∎ 12. Organize Training Schedules, Venues, and Resources to ensure Smooth and Effective Training Delivery.
∎ 13. Work closely with Trainers, Consultants, and every member of HR Team in executing and coordinating larger Training Initiatives.
∎ 14. Create a supportive and motivating atmosphere to encourage active participation and knowledge retention.
