∎ BBA in HRM/PGDHRM

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Factory HR Head along with other Department Heads to set target/KPI, develop measures, follow up & administer the systems to shape performance of individual/group;
∎ Prepare annual merit/special merit increase in close coordination with Factory HR Manager and factory operations team as well;
∎ Closely monitor & manage the monthly Performance Management Process through month end data collection, providing reminder, data processing, performance reporting & staff communication;
∎ Assist OD Manager in defining performance standard and formulate policy at factory operations level;
∎ Deal with employee promotion cases in appropriate time within approved organization structure in coordination with the factory HR Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
