Responsibilities & Context:

Support the technical audit teams to drive organisation’s business strategy and fulfil the business expectations. This position is responsible for Co-ordinating all aspects of the technical audit as advised by the Team Leader.

Key Responsibility:

  • Responsible for coordinating jobs throughout the Technical Audits.

  • Plan work schedule as advised by the Line Manager/Supervisor and Maintain global work schedule.

  • Identify urgent /emergency tasks and bring them to the attention of the Lead technical auditor.

  • Communicate and follow up with the supplier for the onboarding at the Technical Audit Platform.

  • Communicate and follow up with the third-party service provider (Technical Audit Platform Team) on Audit Platform issues.

  • Upload the Audit report to the System

  • Follow up with the supplier on Corrective action and preventive action plan (CAPA) submission within the timeline.

  • Review the corrective action plan and Preventive action plan (CAPA) after submission and conduct close monitoring.

  • Maintain the global factory audit tracker and track all audit status and CAPA status.

  • Perform Administrative work as per instruction of the Team leader.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business priorities.

Others:

  • Ability to travel frequently to vendor sites and across different demographic locations to support Group business needs.

  • Good collaboration, understanding, and respect for others’ opinions and points of view.

Key Relationships:

  • Head of CFA, Supplier Development Executive, Sourcing Teams, SDP Teams, Quality Team, Compliance Team, HR Business partners, Factory Owners and Senior Management Teams.
