Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s or master’s in human resource management / business administration.

  • Certification in HR Operations or Performance Management will be an advantage

  • Arrange Induction program for field force.
  • Prepare meeting summary weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent in MS Excel, documentation, and sales report handling.
  • Good understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Attention to detail and accountability in reporting.


Responsibilities & Context:

Recruitment & Selection (ASM-linked)

  • Review Software based SR recruitment data and validate candidate assessments.
  • Support ASMs in timely and quality recruitment of SRs.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and update performance files.

Onboarding Coordination

  • Execute and monitor end-to-end onboarding of SRs as per company SOP.
  • Ensure documentation, induction, and orientation are completed on time.
  • Track onboarding timelines and report deviations or gaps.

Training Oversight (ZI-linked)

  • Review ZI-led weekly meeting summaries and recordings.
  • Maintain training audit logs and prepare summary reports.
  • Highlight training quality issues and coordinate with HR Manager for follow-up.

SR Monitoring (90-Day Period)

  • Track progress and engagement of new SRs during their first 90 days.
  • Coordinate with call center and field teams to ensure regular follow-ups.
  • Document performance feedback and support actions.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain ASM and ZI performance files, onboarding records, and training reports.
  • Support HR reporting with accurate data and timely submissions.
