- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Sound knowledge of sales force recruitment and onboarding.
- Arrange Induction program for field force.
- Prepare meeting summary weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent in MS Excel, documentation, and sales report handling.
- Good understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Attention to detail and accountability in reporting.
Responsibilities & Context: Recruitment & Selection (ASM-linked)
- Review Software based SR recruitment data and validate candidate assessments.
- Support ASMs in timely and quality recruitment of SRs.
- Maintain recruitment reports and update performance files.
Onboarding Coordination
- Execute and monitor end-to-end onboarding of SRs as per company SOP.
- Ensure documentation, induction, and orientation are completed on time.
- Track onboarding timelines and report deviations or gaps.
Training Oversight (ZI-linked)
- Review ZI-led weekly meeting summaries and recordings.
- Maintain training audit logs and prepare summary reports.
- Highlight training quality issues and coordinate with HR Manager for follow-up.
SR Monitoring (90-Day Period)
- Track progress and engagement of new SRs during their first 90 days.
- Coordinate with call center and field teams to ensure regular follow-ups.
- Document performance feedback and support actions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain ASM and ZI performance files, onboarding records, and training reports.
- Support HR reporting with accurate data and timely submissions.
