Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth induction of new employees.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs in coordination with departmental heads.
- Design, schedule, and coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and track effectiveness.
Payroll & Compensation:
- Collate attendance, leaves, and other payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with the finance team or payroll software for accurate salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements.
Performance Management:
- Facilitate the performance appraisal process as per organizational policy.
- Support managers and employees in goal-setting and feedback discussions.
- Maintain performance records and generate analytical reports.
HR Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Prepare and manage HR reports, letters, and official communication.
