Responsibilities & Context:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth induction of new employees.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs in coordination with departmental heads.

  • Design, schedule, and coordinate internal and external training programs.

  • Maintain training records and track effectiveness.

Payroll & Compensation:

  • Collate attendance, leaves, and other payroll inputs.

  • Coordinate with the finance team or payroll software for accurate salary disbursement.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements.

Performance Management:

  • Facilitate the performance appraisal process as per organizational policy.

  • Support managers and employees in goal-setting and feedback discussions.

  • Maintain performance records and generate analytical reports.

HR Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Prepare and manage HR reports, letters, and official communication.
