Experience:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth induction of new employees.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs in coordination with departmental heads.
Design, schedule, and coordinate internal and external training programs.
Maintain training records and track effectiveness.
Payroll & Compensation:
Collate attendance, leaves, and other payroll inputs.
Coordinate with the finance team or payroll software for accurate salary disbursement.
Ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements.
Performance Management:
Facilitate the performance appraisal process as per organizational policy.
Support managers and employees in goal-setting and feedback discussions.
Maintain performance records and generate analytical reports.
HR Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Prepare and manage HR reports, letters, and official communication.
