∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Candidates having other qualifications relevant to VISA, Immigration and Protocol.
∎ Fluent in English speaking, reading & writing.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on computer operation (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc),Emailing, Internet and different Web based work.
∎ Should have good communication skill, leadership quality, well-mannered and maintain strong working relationships with the Travel Agency.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring the time and attendance (face, biometric & manual) and preparing and sending the monthly attendance report in time for payroll processing.
∎ Must have advance knowledge of monthly salary sheet prepare
∎ Assist in maintaining and updating employee personal files.
∎ Open Bank Account for new employee, ID Card, Visiting Card for new and old (if any) employee.
∎ Maintain and update the Employee Leave database record using ERP/ Excel.
∎ CV Shortlisting, Screening, CV Send to HOD for finalize candidate list, Invite candidates for interview.
∎ Arrange written (if) and oral interview.
∎ Prepare a NOTE SHEET for recruitment approval and Get approval from management.
∎ Issue offer letter/appointment letter to selected candidates, Issue different type HR related letter.
∎ The Officer (VISA & Protocol) is responsible for all aspects of the VISA, Immigration and Protocol Services of the company.
∎ Responsible for the completion of all relevant VISA and Immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the Government/Embassy.
∎ Should be experienced in VISA processing specially Schengen countries, Europe, Canada, USA, UK, Australia, India, China, and Turkey.
∎ Preparing and checking all legal documents related to VISA processing and remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
∎ Must have detail information regarding VISA & Immigration process including fees & miscellaneous charges of different countries.
∎ Responsible for Ticketing/Reservation/Travel Agent/Airlines/Hotel booking/Restaurant, etc.
