∎ Age at most 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To monitor daily attendance, leave, absence, and late coming.
∎ Prepare interview schedule and assist recruitment and selection process.
∎ Use a smart hiring process to prepare a monthly vacancy list and hire for any positions.
∎ Prepare training schedule and arrange training as per schedule.
∎ To maintain CV bank and employee's file with all related papers as updated.
∎ Conduct induction program twice in a month with necessary coordination with logistics support.
∎ Responsible for preparing and updating the job description for employees.
∎ Assist to HR head in preparing monthly recruitment status/ budget, attrition rate and other HR reports with analysis.
∎ Coordinate with various department heads for their talent requirements.
∎ Assist to employee joining, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer and separation-related and settlement issues.
∎ To implement the company policies/ procedures and execute any other HR-related task assigned by the line manager.
