Responsibilities & Context:

 

1.     Human Resources:

· Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

· Preparing all depot monthly salary sheet and auditing all salary sheet.

·Preparing and updating all recruitment file overall ensuring file management.

·Create and update employees’ profile in ERP Software.

·Follow up all Sim card, ID Card and Visiting Card preparing all employees.

·Handle employee grievances and escalate when necessary.

·Assist in payroll processing by collecting attendance, leaves, and related data.

·He/ She has to know the corporate,factory,shipbuilder and marin, Neval related operation HR.

·Others task will be assigned by BOD and hire authority.

2.     Administration:

·       Oversee general office administration including housekeeping, stationery, and office supplies.

·       Coordinate with facility management for upkeep, repairs, and utilities.

 Logistics & Support Services

a. Managing transport facilities, drivers, and vehicle maintenance.

b. Overseeing courier, dispatch, and mail management.

c. Supporting company events, meetings, and conferences.

Compliance & Legal Support

a. Maintaining company licenses, trade licenses, renewals, and legal documents.

b. Supporting management with audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.

Health, Safety & Security

a. Implementing workplace safety policies.

b. Supervising security staff and CCTV monitoring.

c. Emergency preparedness and first-aid support.
