Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in managerial role in Export Sales.
Strong knowledge of plastic processing technologies especially household/furniture.
Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools.
Should be good knowledge about export sales with product export process.
Mainly India, UAE, Europe and USA.
Identify and develop new export markets and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, agents, and partners.
Analyze overseas market trends, pricing, competition, and product demand.
Formulate annual and quarterly export targets and plans.
Align export strategy with business goals and production capacities.
Develop pricing strategies and offer terms for export quotations.
Prepare and manage all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, letters of credit (LC), and other necessary paperwork.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs requirements.
Coordinate with banks for LC negotiation, export financing, and realization of export proceeds.
Coordinate shipment scheduling with freight forwarders, C&F agents, and logistics partners.
Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues to ensure on-time delivery.
Liaise with relevant government bodies (EPB, CCI&E, Customs) for certificates and incentives.
Prepare export performance reports including revenue, volume, profitability, and delivery status for management review.
Lead, mentor, and develop the export team to achieve targets and improve performance.
Work closely with production, quality, procurement, and finance teams for efficient export execution.
