• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)

• Strong analytical ability, team leadership, and communication skills.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced QC Engineer to ensure smooth production operations, support new project and product development, and maintain high-quality standards through testing, inspection, and compliance with ISO and internal guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance to supervisors, shift leaders, and operators.

• Review work instructions (WI) and update technical SOPs for switch assembly lines.

• Verify BOM accuracy, ensure correct materials are used (contact metal, springs, housings).

• Maintain and update drawings, process flow diagrams, control plans, PFMEA.

• Ensure molding machines, riveting machines, stamping presses, torque screwdrivers, and testers run effectively

• Support capacity expansion, Capex planning, and process improvement projects.

• Handle major breakdowns, production crises, and validate repaired machines.

• Assist R&D with prototype testing, pilot runs, and provide engineering feedback for design improvements.
