• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)

• Strong analytical ability, team leadership, and communication skills.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Sr. QC Engineer to ensure smooth production operations, support new product and project development, guide assembly teams, verify material quality, and handle technical troubleshooting and engineering changes.

Responsibilities:

• Guideline leaders, shift-in-charges, and technicians on assembly correctness.

• Conduct routine checks: Motor speed stability (L/M/H

• Validate BOM for motor, PCB, battery, wiring harness, blade, grills, cover, knobs, etc.

• Material Quality Verification, Safety Implementation, Reporting & Analysis

• Train operators on new processes (soldering quality, wiring standards, battery safety).

• Lead technical execution of new charger fan models and manage engineering changes (ECN).

• Troubleshoot major quality issues and handle critical breakdowns.

• Evaluate supplier technical performance.
